Worldly Wednesday – Crispy Prosciutto Salad

I’m late, I’m late! But I promise I have a super-easy and yummy lunch to share.

Crispy Prosciutto Salad

You’ll Need
Prosciutto (around 100gm)
Baby Spinach Leaves (I used half a bag)
1 Tomato chopped into small pieces (I used about half a punnet of mini Romas, quartered)
Parmesan cheese
Half a red onion, finely chopped
Olive oil and black pepper to taste

Method

  • Pan fry off your Prosciutto until crispy – it will curl up a bit

  • Toss together the spinach leaves, tomato and onion…

  • Use a peeler to get some nice thin strips of Parmesan cheese
  • Place your spinach/tomato/onion on a platter and top with prosciutto and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and finish off with some cracked pepper
  • Eat, share, enjoy!
