Special Sunday breakfasts…

It’s probably just me, but when I find it hard to drag myself out of bed on a weekend, I use some fun motivation – pretty breakfasts for the kids.

So I jumped out of bed this morning, ready to create!
Unfortunately I didn’t have much to work with, but here they are…

Miss E’s princess breakfast – strawberries (from Poppy’s garden), raspberry swirl yoghurt with heart sprinkles (she ended up having THREE helpings), grapes and fruit toast fingers.

Master O’s tasting plate – natural yoghurt with spiced apple purée, plums, sliced grapes, more of Poppy’s strawberries and a finger of fruit toast.

What I love about serving food in this kind of way is that it makes it more appealing to the kids and easier to eat, which means a more nutritious breakfast (aside from a few sprinkles), and it only takes a couple of minutes to prepare.
